Our Legacy
M.S.Ramaiah Institute of Management (MSRIM) was established in 1995 by the Gokula Education Foundation (GEF) and is part of the Ramaiah Group of Institutions in Bengaluru. Driven by our visionary founder, Late Dr. M.S Ramaiah, GEF has forayed into various educational domains including management, medical, and engineering sciences.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for all subjects taken together (45% for SC/ST candidates).
- Candidates pursuing their final year of graduation may also apply. However, they should have maintained an average of 50% marks in the degree course until then.
- They should be completing all their degree examinations before June 2025. Such candidates are required to produce proof of passing the Degree examination with the minimum required marks of 50%, by 30th September 2025 at the latest.
- Applicants who have un-cleared backlog papers in graduation are not eligible to apply.
- CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / GMAT / ATMA and other Examination Score Card
Copies of the below certificates should be uploaded at the time of online submission of the application form:
- Any Graduate from a recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST) in the Qualifying Examination.

Admission Process
MS Ramaiah Institute of Management Bangalore offers a flagship PGDM course, which is considered equivalent to an MBA program due to AIU approval. MSRIM Bangalore MBA admission process for 2025 is based on both merit and entrance exam scores. Students interested in MSRIM Bangalore MBA admission must apply through the online application form. For most postgraduate programmes like PGDM and PGDM (IEV), MSRIM Bangalore MBA admission is offered based on academic performance and personal interview.
